All you have to do is provide us with camera ready artwork and we will make sure your team looks professional. If you decide you can't wait the 3 weeks for custom jerseys we can sell you the "blanks." We are the internet leader in (Blank Hockey jerseys) for you or your team with NO Minimums. In order to go forward with the Quote process we will need to know some details about your custom jersey.

Please let us know:

~ Style / Brand of jersey your interested in.

~ Lettering / Player Names - Screen-printed or Sewn on tackle twill?

~ Numbers - Back & Sleeve Numbers / Screen-printed or Sewn on tackle twill.

~ Logo - Screen-printed, Embroidered / Tackle Twill, or Sublimated on Twill.

If you have a logo for the front or sleeves we will need a copy of it in order to give an estimate.

Artwork

* For best results please provide size as CAMERA READY artwork
* Maximum screen print dimensions are 15" x 15"
* Email us your artwork as an .eps or .ai, .jpg to artdept@damagesports.com
* For Screen-printing / color separated camera ready artwork must be provided or art charges may apply.

Minimums

* Custom Jerseys / Screen Printing / Tackle Twill Logos: 12 units
* Repeats: 6 units
* Jersey orders can not be changed or cancelled once the order is placed.

* Make sure your requirements are easily understood and your cresting colours and numbers are specified clearly
* Please type or print clearly and verify that spelling is accurate
* Please note that if your information is inaccurate your cresting order will be incorrect
